Enquiries may be accepted from across India. Services are subject to provider coverage, eligibility, documentation, applicable law and the availability of appropriate partners.
1. Scope of website
This website provides information about retail loan assistance, business and corporate funding coordination, and startup or equity-funding coordination. The actual scope of any assistance will depend on the specific enquiry and the services lawfully available for that case.
2. No lender or funding guarantee
Shriram Kulkarni is not, by virtue of this website, a bank or NBFC and this website does not itself sanction or disburse loans. Any credit decision, rate, eligibility, sanction, disbursement, investment or listing decision is made by the relevant institution, investor or appropriately authorised professional under its own criteria, due diligence and applicable law. No approval, funding, return or listing is guaranteed.
3. Client information and responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to promptly correct material errors. Do not submit false documents or another person's personal information without authority. Sensitive documents should be provided only through a verified and appropriate secure channel after the recipient and purpose have been confirmed.
4. Institutions and third-party providers
Where appropriate, we may coordinate with banks, NBFCs or funding partners. Such providers operate independently and may have their own application forms, eligibility criteria, fees, privacy notices and terms. You should read and understand the relevant provider's documents before proceeding. We do not control third-party decisions or systems.
5. Service scope and charges
The scope of any specific service and any applicable charges, if relevant, will be communicated to the client in advance and mutually agreed in writing before the relevant service begins. No charge should be assumed from the information on this website alone. Any arrangement must comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements and the terms governing the relevant institution or partner relationship.
6. Regulated services
Activities relating to securities, investment products, equity fundraising, public issues or IPOs may be subject to specific registration, authorisation and conduct requirements. Where required, such activities must be performed by appropriately registered or authorised professionals. A referral or coordination discussion is not itself a promise to provide a regulated service.
