Website enquiries may be received from across India. The availability and feasibility of any coordination depend on the relevant institution or funding partner, the customer’s location, the requirement and applicable law.

This website is operated by Shriram Kulkarni for financial-services information, enquiry handling and coordination with relevant banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and funding partners, where appropriate.
2. Information you may provide
Through the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, city, type of requirement, approximate funding amount and a short description of your needs. Please do not send Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank account details, passwords, one-time passwords or confidential financial documents through the initial website form.
3. How information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about the requirement you raised.
- To understand the service you are seeking and coordinate possible next steps.
- To communicate with a relevant bank, NBFC or funding partner only where appropriate and with your knowledge/permission, subject to applicable law and any separate authorisation required.

If you select it, you consent to receive relevant service updates and promotional messages from Shriram Kulkarni Financial Services through supported messaging channels. Message delivery depends on device, network, provider and applicable messaging rules. An enquiry-related response is separate from optional promotional messaging consent.
4. Sharing with third parties

The current enquiry-form preview does not save entries to a website database: it opens WhatsApp or the user's email application so the user can review and send the message. If a live CRM, hosting form, analytics or other service is added, this notice must be updated to accurately identify the tools, access controls and retention period. Information should be retained only as needed for the stated purpose, legal requirements and legitimate recordkeeping.
